1.Aadhar card - To identify the beneficiary.
2.Passport size photo of Farmer.
3.Record of Right(RoR) of land to upload while adding land details.
4.Copy of first page of the bank pass book on which the details of the beneficiary are given.
5.Copy of any ID Proof(Aadhar Card / Driving Lisence / VoterID Card / PAN Card / Passport).
6.Copy of Caste Category Certificate in case of SC / ST / OBC.
